These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Panen123 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the website located at panen123.cam, including all associated services, games, features, and content made available through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through Panen123, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all of the provisions contained in these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "rollover" or "turnover") refers to the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Credits or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process that may be required by Panen123 in accordance with anti-money laundering and compliance obligations.
• "Game" refers to any betting, casino, live dealer, slot, fishing, crash, or lottery product available on the Platform.

In order to register and maintain an Account on Panen123, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Panen123 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Players. We reserve the right to request government-issued identity documentation to verify age at any point, including during account registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if irregular account activity is detected.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative, agent, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of Panen123 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiary entities, game suppliers, or payment partners.
• You do not already hold an existing active or previously suspended Account on the Platform. Each individual may maintain only one Account at any time.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• The registration details you provide are accurate, complete, and current. Any account created using false, misleading, or borrowed personal information is subject to immediate termination without notice.

To access the full range of services offered by Panen123, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, email address, date of birth, and contact number.

Upon registration, you will be required to create a unique username and a secure password. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Notifying Panen123 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your registered contact details — including your email address and phone number — current and accurate.

Panen123 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. While 2FA is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, particularly for Players accessing the Platform from locations across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam where shared or public network access may be more frequent.

Panen123 will never contact you by unsolicited email, SMS, or phone call requesting your password or full payment details. Any communication purporting to be from Panen123 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the Panen123 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Panen123 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking via FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Bank

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. There is no maximum deposit limit applicable to standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may be subject to enhanced verification under our KYC procedures. Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operational hours. Panen123 commits to the following target processing windows:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Panen123 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a copy of a government-issued identity document — prior to processing any withdrawal above RM5,000 per transaction, or where fraud, money laundering risk indicators, or account irregularities are identified.

Panen123 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, reload incentives, cashback schemes, VIP rewards, referral credits, and other time-limited promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or turnover conditions). The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and expiry window will be clearly stated in each offer's individual terms at the point of distribution.
• Bonus Credits may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Credits that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement become eligible for withdrawal as real-money Funds.
• Where a Player holds both real-money Funds and Bonus Credits, real-money Funds will generally be used first for wagering purposes unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion with other Players to farm bonus value — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Panen123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively affect active wagering progress already recorded against a qualifying deposit made in good faith.
• The maximum cashout from certain promotions may be capped. The applicable cap will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on Panen123, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the specific bonus terms applicable to that offer.

All Games available on the Panen123 Platform operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained professional dealers in licensed broadcasting studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over the long term across a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

The following rules apply to all gameplay and betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Panen123 does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where a technical error affected the integrity of the round or event.
• In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, software fault, or game malfunction — during an active game round or bet, the affected round will be treated as void and any real-money stake placed will be returned to the Player's Account balance. Panen123 is not liable for any perceived winnings or losses arising from a technical disruption.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is formally confirmed by the Platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Panen123 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Credits held in the Account, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of or in conjunction with another individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulently obtained personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to coordinate betting strategies in a manner that exploits odds or bonus mechanics.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of deliberate game manipulation, including in poker and live dealer environments.
• Conducting transactions through the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming entertainment — including but not limited to money laundering or structuring deposits to circumvent anti-money laundering thresholds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether in games, payment systems, or account management functions — for personal financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
• Impersonating another Player or Panen123 staff member in any communication channel.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward Panen123 employees or other Players in any live chat, support channel, or community environment.

All content, design elements, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, and other material available on the Panen123 Platform are the intellectual property of Panen123 or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Panen123.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software or game running on the Platform.
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose, including advertising, data mining, or integration into third-party services.

Panen123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including any Prohibited Activity listed in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfy age verification (21+) or KYC documentation requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months.
• Where required to do so by a regulator, court order, or law enforcement authority.
• Upon a verified self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining real-money Account balance (net of pending bonuses) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the satisfaction of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Credits and bonus-derived winnings are non-refundable upon account closure in cases of Terms violation.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned via the Player's most recently used withdrawal method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panen123 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, or data arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any errors, delays, or failures in the delivery of winnings or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including Malaysian banking networks, e-wallet operators, or payment gateways.

Panen123 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Panen123's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, a transaction, or any aspect of the Panen123 Platform, you should follow the procedure set out below:

Players agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable under the licensing framework for the resolution of any matter not resolved through the above procedures.

Panen123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
